NOVEMBER 2009 'FALLEN STARS'-ANOTHER SAD FAREWELL

One of the most painful facets of this "Fallen Stars" section is the thought that some of these classics are gone forever. In fact,some of these pictures are fairly old-there's a better than even chance that a number of these legends have been gone since the Nixon era.

Thanks again to Wayne Russell, legendary car guy for bringing a camera along when he visited some of these long-lost relics. That is incredible foresight on his part-the man deserves a National Geographic award.
